CONCERTS

The Champagne Guild's founder members have their background in the music industry and have successfully programmed "Champagne Concerts" for many years. Beginning with the earthquake that started it all 33 million years ago, Paul Edmund-Davies, Anna Wolstenholme (appropriately playing flutes!) will take you on an amusing journey through the lesser known and fascinating facts behind Champagne. Such evenings combine a unique tasting experience with specifically chosen musical items to illustrate characteristics of a Champagne or an unusual part of the 300 year story behind the development of the world's most famous sparkling wine. Aside from Dom Perignon himself, King James 1st of England, the Admiral of the Fleet and a warden (who was in fact an obscure French nobleman!) of the duck pond in St. James' Park, London have all played a significant part in a tale that is rich with intrigue.

Our corporate clients have found this a particularly effective evening of entertainment, catering for up to several hundred guests, with the additional benefit of full catering where required. For further information please contact the Directors at:
