CHAMPAGNE ORDERS
- We will endeavour to ensure full stock availability at all times, however this cannot be guaranteed. In the event that a product is unavailable at the time of ordering we will contact you to arrange a replacement or another acceptable solution to complete your order.
- We reserve the right not to accept an order and cannot by law sell or deliver to anyone who is, or appears to be under the age of 18. If you place an order with us you confirm that you are of an eligible age. If we are unsure of this for any reason, we reserve the right not to complete delivery of your order.
- A case of wine is twelve bottles and a half case is six.
- Force majeure: we will not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our control.
DELIVERIES
- We guarantee to deliver within seven days of receipt of your order except for any items which are specifically indicated otherwise. If for any reason it is not possible to make the delivery as a mutually agreed arrangement within this period, the delivery time may be extended until such arrangement is guaranteed.
- In some circumstances it may be necessary for us to use an independent delivery company. The company will normally only attempt to make the delivery twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the delivery company for their collection. The items will be returned to The Champagne Guild if they have not been collected from the delivery company within 21 days.
PRICES
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Delivery costs will be confirmed with the order as this depends on the urgency of the dispatch and customer location. Please see order details for confirmation.
- Promotional offers and prices are as stated with no additional discounts.
- In the unlikely event of any pricing inaccuracies online, we reserve the right to either: contact you and ask if you wish to cancel your order and purchase at the correct price or notify you that your order has been cancelled. In either eventuality we will not be obliged to make a sale at an incorrect price. We will always endeavour to contact you in the first instance.
- We reserve the right to alter prices and description of goods at any time before (and not after) accepting your order. This includes promotion prices and lengths of offers.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
- We will always provide a full refund or replacement (where possible) for any champagnes that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- For our own packaging and supplier purposes, we may require you to return any faulty products to us. We will arrange this as necessary at the customers convenience.
- We regret that we are unable to refund cancelled orders at present.
- In the event of any complaint please contact The Champagne Guild head office at: info@thechampagneguild.com or using our contact details below. We will endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours of receipt and they will be dealt with at the earliest opportunity thereafter. Each complaint will be addressed confidentially by the relevant senior member of The Champagne Guild staff.
